How to Join
Whether you become a volunteer, or start slowly by attending meetings or social events, becoming an Indivisible Tacoma member provides community and opportunities to make measurable change in Pierce County.
Our Teams
Legislative Action Team: Identifies legislative priorities, meets with policy makers, and mobilizes support/opposition for legislation.
Elections Team: Researches, vets, and endorses candidates based on our values, and offers campaign support and strategy.
Voter Registration and Engagement Team: Hosts booth at community events to provide educational materials and register voters.
National Action Team: Organizes protests and demonstrations independently and in coalition with allies.
Membership Team: Welcomes and connects with new members and houses the social events planning group.
Fundraising Team: Raises money to cover expenses associated with our grassroots work.
Communications Team: Gets the word out about events and actions.

Indivisible Tacoma provides volunteer opportunities for our members to stay informed, create community and take actions that empower the people. Our members create the world we want and need on a local level, while fighting for progressive national causes. There is no cost to become a member.
Leadership
Indivisible Tacoma is led by two co-chairs who guide the organization in collaboration with a Steering Committee. Each of our teams have two co-leads who organize team meetings, objectives, and activities.
